Refund Policy

You may request a return of unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Limited-run items can be returned if defective, damaged or incorrect, and in any case where the law grants you a right of withdrawal.

Digital downloads and streams can be cancelled within 14 days unless you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right, as permitted by law.

This policy does not limit rights you have under consumer protection laws, such as the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases or Chile's Consumer Protection Law 19.496.
